The Al-Seeb Residence
The brief. A family of six wanted a home open to the sea breeze without surrendering privacy to the road — and a majlis that could host forty guests without dominating daily life.
Our answer. The plan turns inward around a shaded courtyard. Deep cantilevers and travertine fins cut the western sun, while the majlis sits in its own wing with a separate entrance — so the family’s rooms stay untouched during gatherings.
