Every material here is on a countdown.
Sun, salt, dust and 40-degree daily swings work on a facade from the day it is installed. The question is never whether a material weathers, but whether it weathers into something you still want to look at.
Chosen for year ten, not for the sample board.
A 100 mm sample under office light tells you almost nothing. We look at full slabs, in daylight, on the orientation they will actually face.
Material Selection
Stone, GRC, aluminium, timber and render assessed on durability, availability and honest lifetime cost.
Texture & Finish
Honed, bush-hammered, sandblasted or polished — the finish changes how a wall holds light, and how much dust it keeps.
Weathering
Where rain will run, where dust will settle, and where a drip is needed so the facade does not streak below every sill.
Sourcing & Mock-ups
Slabs selected at the supplier and a full-size mock-up built and viewed outdoors before the main order is placed.
Decisions recorded, not remembered.
So the material delivered in month eight is the one approved in month two.
Material Schedule
Each material coded to its facade zone, with supplier and finish named.
Approved Samples
Signed and dated physical samples held as the benchmark for delivery.
Maintenance Notes
How to clean and reseal each surface, and how often it will need it.
Come and see a full slab.
We will show you the material at full size and in daylight before you commit a single rial to it.
