What this covers

The loads that arrive suddenly.

Static analysis assumes the load is already there. Dynamic analysis asks what happens while it arrives — which is where most real damage is done.

Seismic Design

Response spectrum analysis to the governing code, with ductile detailing where it matters. Northern Oman is not a zero-seismic region.

Wind Response

Sway and acceleration at the top floors checked against comfort limits, not only strength. Tall and slender is where this becomes decisive.

Floor Vibration

Long-span floors checked for footfall response. A slab that passes every strength check can still feel alive underfoot.

Machine Loads

Generators, chillers, pumps and lifts isolated at the design stage, so their vibration does not travel into occupied rooms.
